Rooms and Rates

We keep our Cancellation Policies and Refund Policies pretty simple and fair for the benefit of all our guests. Please contact us should you have any
questions. Thank you.

Check-In 1:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM. To cancel a reservation, and still receive a 100% refund, you must cancel your reseveration at least 7
days in advance. If a reservation is cancelled in less than the 7 day span, you will be charged one nights rental fee. If you were only staying one night,
you will be charged 1/2 of your one nights stay. To cancel a reservation, you must contact the motel directly at 315-369-6340. Emails will not be
accepted.

Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Children 12 and under stay for free. Any person 13 years of age or older will be an additional $10.00 charge
per evening. Cribs and cots are an additional $10.00. IMPORTANT NOTE: All "In-Season" weekends require a 2 night minimum stay. Also, some
weekends MAY require a 3 night stay such as Martin Luther King Weekend, Fourth of July, President's Weekend and Labor Day Weekends. Some
weekends during peak Fall Foliage season may also apply. Please phone ahead for confirmation.

Room rates for 10/13 through 12/25 are only $50.00 per room, any night with no minimum night stays! No discounts or coupons are
permitted at the $50.00 per night rate. Blackout dates do apply as follows:

Rates for SnowDeo Weekend are $85.00 for two Double Beds and $99.00 for two Queen Beds. SnowDeo Weekend is December 12th,
13th & 14th. $50.00 Rate not valid during Christmas Week or Presidents Week.

The Country Club Motel offers Gift Certificates for room stays and
packages. Gift Certificates must be paid by Credit Card only and
can only be purchased via phone at 315-369-6340 or by emailing
us at info@ccmoldforge. Gift certificates can be mailed to you or
the lucky receipient.
